Plau am See in the future

The town hall works with solar cells to have electric current. In the town hall, there are hovering chairs. Every mayor receives a flying car. And a solar bike. There are no weddings at the town hall. There is a protective shield around the town hall. The mayor sleeps at the town hall. There are also canons in the town hall. Work is done by robots. The offices fly through the air. The town hall floats in the air. The town hall is also a big hotel.

This is what the regional school could look like in 2200: every child has their own computer. The teachers are robots and teach 50 children at the same time. The playground is very big. There are no stairs, only lifts. For lunch, there are pizzas, kebabs and spaghetti. For dessert, there is stewed peaches and chocolate pudding. In the music room, there is every instrument ever invented.

The gymnasium is very big, there is a horizontal bar, a vaulting horse and lots of things we don't know about yet. You used to need to go from Plauerhagen to Plau am See a lot by bike or car. But not any more. Now there is a suspended train which goes straight from Plau to Plauerhagen and vice-versa. There are now more often a lot of passengers who go from Plau am See to look round the shops or do their shopping because it's much nicer and lots of children have fun. And of course there's also a table football and a pool table inside and also a fast-food bar if people are hungry.Yes, yes, it's really great to have a suspended train like that, which goes from one place to another.

A luxury pool complex should be built in the Heideholz holiday park. It should be 700m² and have 12 slides, 4 saunas, 2 swimming baths, 3 hydro-massage baths and a large wellness area. It will also have a large paddling pool for little ones with an elephant, with a trunk which skirts water. There should also be a slide. And outside, there will be 5 large pools with a giant 80m-high slide. Water skirts and turns at the same time.

The clinic is in Plau am See. It has been transformed. The doctors and nurses aren't people anymore but robots. Everything was ordered by computer. The rooms are bigger and bigger and lighter and lighter. Every one of the big rooms has six or seven windows. Every room has five beds. The patients were brought in flying cars or in jet planes which can go 1000km/h. In the clinic, there was a swimming pool, a sauna and a massage area. And when the patients left, they thought nothing had happened.

For a lot of children, the children's home is where they live. They live there because their parents are poor and don't look after their children, and because the children are criminals. The children live there in small groups like a family. They leave the home everyday to go to school. All the children have their own bedroom and can decorate it however they want. Children who had a pet with their parents can bring it with them. In each group, there are lots of new toys. Outside, they have a big playground with a large climbing frame, lots of rides, a fountain and lots of playing fields to play football. Big hedges separate the playing fields from each other. Gold fish swim in a big pond. Other animals come to the stable behind the house and they are looked after and fed by children. Every child has their job. A swimming pool, a sports pitch and a carousel with horses so children can move about a lot.

The market square in the middle of our little town, Plau am See, which is marvellous, will be a museum in the future. The museum will have lots of antiques which are still modern nowadays. The church is preserved in the state it's in now and will still be a church. The steeple is transformed into a panoramic tower. Restaurants and shops for visitors have been built in the houses.

The zoo in the future in Plau am See

We want a big zoo with lots of beautiful things, meaning for example animals, playgrounds, a summer toboggan, a little park and lots of other things as well.
The zoo must be in the Quetziner Straße in the big field. The big zoo entrance must begin about opposite house number 78. You can see almost all the animals in the zoo. The park is in the middle of the zoo. There are five playgrounds, there is a bench next to every path. There is also a bench on the other side of the field. The animals are fed twice a day and visitors can watch.

Plauen primary school in 100 years

In future all children will have a laptop on their desk. Teachers are extremely modern robots and all children come by tube train. In the school playground, there are columns which open up when you push a button and which serve a very healthy breakfast for every child. Robot bees fly around the playground at break time and check that no child is being rough or naughty. Every child at the school has a card with a chip to get into the school building. This ensures security. Biology and science are always in a room with lots of green plants. When you press a button, tables show maps and lots of others things talked about in lessons. We do sport in a modern gym. Depending on the type of sport, the floor of the gym changes. The change is controlled using a voice-activated computer.
