I am mother of all creatures - the earth. I have four children: Forest, Animal, Ocean and Human.

As my youngest and the brightest child, Human grows up quickly under my love and care. But unfortunately, he turns out to be greedy and heartless. Human breaks my heart in six days:

On the first day, he chops down Forest with an ax to build houses for himself, and my heart trembles in the sound of the ax.

On the second day, when he kills Animal with the bow and arrow, my heart begins to bleed.

On the third day, he drills oil out of my body and scoops ores and coal to quench his insatiable vanity. I endure pain and disappointment.

On the fourth day, he throws everything useful or useless into Ocean, and fury has swelled in me.

On the fifth day, he begins to kill each other for his own interest, and I am pushed beyond my limit and cannot stand watching my children coming to their own wreck and ruin.

On the sixth day, determined to teach Human a lesson, I conjure up deluge that destroys his houses and sandstorms that engulf his communities, dry rivers to make him suffer from thirsty, and express my fury in the screams of Ocean.

On the seventh day, Human awakes to his wrongdoings. He kneels down and worships the mother of all creatures. Hence, under my wing, all things on the Earth flourish and my four children have learned to live in peace and harmony.
