Sketches around the world

This Message box is intended for children aged between 9 and 11 years old, to enable them to post messages of progress for the future of the planet. The use of this Message box is not connected with participation in the "Sketches around the world" competition.

In order to send a message, you must complete the registration form and provide all the information indicated with an asterisk: first name, age, school class and country. You can also give a made-up first name (instead of your real one).

By sending in the form you automatically accept the terms of these conditions of use.

Veolia Environnement does not retain or record e-mail addresses.

Veolia Environnement undertakes not to use your registered information or e-mail address, referred to above, for any commercial purpose.

Messages posted on the Message box are processed by Veolia Environnement's communications department.

Messages must not contain any personal information other than that contained in the registration form.

Messages may be deleted, at the request of the child or of the child's parent or guardian.

Messages are chosen at the discretion of Veolia Environnement's communications department, which reserves the right to refuse to publish a message, or only to publish it in part, without giving reasons. The information indicated by an asterisk at the time of registration is published after the message.

In particular, messages may be refused publication or edited either for reasons of space, or because they contain undesirable material (e.g. of an insulting, racist or offensive nature).

Messages must not be subject to any third party rights. Any liability on the part of Veolia Environnement in this respect is expressly excluded.

Veolia Environnement disclaims any liability for the copying, imitation or use of messages published on the Message box by third parties.

The posting of a message by clicking on the "send" button authorizes Veolia Environnement to distribute the content of that message on the Message box. The posting of a message also transfers all ownership rights in the message to Veolia Environnement, and in particular worldwide reproduction, representation and adaptation rights using any media (including paper, digital or audiovisual media) and any means of communication, for the duration of the relevant copyright in the message and in accordance with any national and international legal provisions in force.

Despite precautions taken by Veolia Environnement, it is possible that links to external sites may lead to content or to websites considered unsuitable for children and/or not intended for children.

For this reason, Veolia Environnement strongly recommends that children be supervised by a parent or guardian when using the site "Sketches around the world", and disclaims any liability for any connections to any website other than the online Message box on the "Sketches around the world" website, or for any link which could take a child away from the "Sketches around the world" website.

Veolia Environnement reserves the right to amend these conditions of use at any time.
