In January 2005
Official launch of the'Streamers around the world' campaign.
From January to March 2005
In each country, classes of youngsters will design their streamer according to the theme:'The environment is my nature... and my health' and the children will also write short texts to put their feelings into words.
Out with your pens and crayons!
In April 2005
The winning class of each country will recreate their streamer at the occasion of an official local ceremony.
The designs will then be sent to Paris where they will be reproduced on real flags made of fabric.
On June 5th 2005
'World Environment Day' and also'VE Open Day'.
The streamers will be flying worldwide at the VE sites or will be proudly on show in public places.
